I’ve taken NR (with high QC) and felt a bit more anxious energy. The doses are quite high so I only use it occasionally and mostly stick to lower dose niacin instead (which is also much cheaper).

I also take K2, spermidine and fucoidan, which may be helping with weight loss although it’s hard to say because I am dieting and exercising a lot more the past year. I feel moderately a bit sharper overall. I’ve also had people I hadn’t seen since I began taking them randomly comment on how much better I look.

Some of the animal research behind these is pretty exciting, but a lot of the clinical trials are lackluster IMHO. I think this is probably complicated by variability in supplement quality and the way each person in particular responds given their genes and lifestyle.
