I don’t mind the length or frequency of your cycle, so long as the work done is high.

Well at this rate it's a guess as to which will be higher a year from now - the word count on my first draft or my social media follower count. No doubt someone out there will advise me to get ChatGPT to do it but I'd hate myself if I did.
