Sadly, it does not. They’re specifically not health “insurance”

It would be great for my young son who is forced to pay for his own insurance or be penalized by the state of Massachusetts. If I was younger I would be all over it.

Some states don’t like their subjects being sovereign 😢 it’s sucks, but that’s the hand we’re dealt right now
