Ok y'all white people, indians themselves don't eat chicken Tikka masala and butter chicken. They were invented for the west because they ain't spicy. 🤣

To be honest, I tried but the process was so counter to how my grandparents & family cooked at home… it felt unnatural. I need to get Tikka & Butter Chicken takeout. Tikka to me is anything off the Tandoor.
True fact: Chicken Tikka Massala was invented in the UK! But then, many dishes in all countries are mixes of history and culture. Vindaloo has its roots in Portuguese carne de vinha d'alhos, for example.
