Australian Bill Of Rights:

1. The Federal or State Parliaments of Australia may inpose no tax in any currency or by way of any payment, material or otherwise.

2. The parliaments of Australia may pass no law allowing the borrowing or issuing of debt or currency to fund spending.

3. Each adult (>18) person residing in Australia must pay one ounce of gold to the Australian government and one ounce of gold to the state or territory government per calendar year they reside in Australia or part thereof pro rata. Failure to make this payment will result in imprisonment. The parliaments may not alter the value of this amount.

4. The parliaments of Australia may pass no law restricting the movement of an individual for any reason unless that person is suspected of having committed a violent crime or violated the property rights of another individual.

5. The parliaments may not pass a law which would force, coerce or compel an individual to undertake a medical treatment, procedure or operation.
