I’ve been on keto for almost 10 years. Then I stopped last year—but now I’m trying to get back to it (basically only animal products plus dairy)

I was on carnivore recently for nearly a year, but as my income got lower I needed to eat some home-made carbs and less meat. I do more fasting to balance it out.
