I don’t know of any off hand. Fold for spending fiat for bitcoin rewards and The Bitcoin Company for spending bitcoin as fiat. Sadly not a lot of options for card based.

I've been using the Gemini card for groceries, eating out and gas. Better than fold if you stick to those three categories.
