I can understand fasting to clean your body, but if you're eating healthy and clean, i don't see how fasting would help..
That’s exactly the view I have. And every time I get into the topic I remain that opinion
Just eat clean single ingredient food
Deeper autophagy is probably the most valuable effect of fasting. Even a good diet with all natural whole foods doesn't achieve that without the longer fasting periods.
