The difference between democracy and anarchy is that in democracy the majority impose it's will on minorities. That is not necessary in anarchy. I can't think now any good example. I hope you get the difference.

Btw there is another word for the chaotic situation that impunity causes and this word is ασυδοσία which i cannot translate accurately in English but it means that you don't give report to anyone. Btw because of ασυδοσία, i am not a liberal, since liberal economy tends to it, meaning that economy needs rules, so free economy, that liberals propose when it comes to economics, tends to impunity. Did i confuse you?

But the word for impunity in greek is ατιμωρησία which is an exact translation. Keep in mind that the Greek language has something more than two or three million words, don't remember exactly, and English has less than a million...
