the term "dunbar number" is rather relevant here, it's around 130 or so, and it's basicaly this:

humans have a "registry" that can fit in a full set of around the dunbar number of distinct individuals who are part of your village

these "mass" things are not about the fact that our brains have a specific data structure for recognising our familiars, it is the exploitation of this rather small data system we have in our mind for social cohesion

all forms of cult, mind control, and brainwashing techniques are about exploiting this small capacity humans have for processing social information, and injecting data into it that suits the attacker's needs, and is essentially the basis of all forms of enslavement

so, really, what is going on is parasitism, the people who are running these exploits on people are parasites, they are not human fucking beings, parasites

like, i want to make a clear distinction - we similarly make use of our knowledge of the social cohesion circuitry of animals like cattle, sheep, goats, pigeons, and others, in order to turn them into our food, with a minimal amount of expenditure on cages and violence

you could say that humans are parasiting cattle, but the original Aurochs were NOT tame, and it took a lot of selective breeding to cut down the genome of the animal so that it would be "tame"

some animals you can't even really fully do this, like cats, they will hang around humans anyway, because we throw out trash and trash brings pests and pests are food for cats, so we didn't have to breed them to be familiar, they just were around so they can become friends and we are able to interact as cat-siblings in the cat-social-village and they are able to become some small part of our own social village brain processing system

the kind of parasitism that we see with these banksters, politicians and the like, megalomaniacs, is trying to do the same thing to humans, it was a really overt and obvious act in the attempt to deploy genetic modification systems onto people, because they want to create a "cow-like" form of human but this is a corruption of the human social brain, which is adaptive enough that it can include - as i mentioned, cats and similar into one's social matrix, human social computation is designed to be INCLUSIVE and minimise violence in the extreme, we are the most force-avoiding animals on this planet, and those who are exploiting the weaknesses of human social computation are a virus trying to hijack our social programming and completely manipulate it so that whenever they interact with other people they are cowed to and bowed to like those others are gods.
