EZ HEALTH TIP: do fascia work in those “in between moments”
💟 here’s a super simple anterior hip release.
this can also be done standing in a high lunge- with the back leg being the hip you’re focused on releasing.
REMINDER: releasing the fascia allows for coherent hydration to flood into the tissues. THIS allows the body to function properly, relaying signals thru the gelatinous water in the fascia instantaneously.
fascia work does NOT = stretching. practice and recognize the superiority of effectiveness. 😉
