Saw this when I visited europe. The lady we stayed with wanted to start her own business from home, but explained that she had to first apply for some kind of license to do it and it's manditory for ANY business. She just wanted to cut hair and do people's nails and you have to pay a few hundred euros to apply. I was like wtf? They have to know everything you're busy with? Want to sell some art that you make at home? Apply first. Ridiculous
