It's both a blessing and a curse to have an internal dialogue. Especially when you begin to realize how few have this ability. Inside my mind, a lot of the time it's like that old Smashmouth song below. The thoughts and ideas just don't stop flowing...sometimes, thankfully less often lately, it even affects my sleep. 😴
