Having a hard time finding approximately, since costs for electricity vary, how much money miners spend on electricity for every block.

I know hashrate also fluctuates so what would be a good ballpark measure?

Just don’t ask Alex de Vries

Actually I think I did! Should go through the footage of his interview.

😂 brilliant

Lol clown Alex

I think there is an estimated average "hash price" you may find interesting

I’m sure I would!

Here's an explanation of how it's calculated. Coming at it from the other end, not looking at input costs

Wow, thank you!

It ranges from around $5k to $50k depending on location. Take the cost "per bitcoin" and x6.25 to work out cost "per block". https://www.visualcapitalist.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/cost-of-mining-bitcoin.html

Appreciate the link! How could I find the rough number for the cost of electricity of the whole network per block?
