Just toggle between relays... every client has different config options. In my case, ive realized there are relays that should be avoided. I have those on a mental disconnect list.
Amethyst makes this very easy. Primal is a little less configurable but can still be refreshed under the cache as often as u want.
Relay runners are constantly spinning up daily.

A feature not a bug necessarily. But you have to query robustly to get the full picture of nostr. For instance, I rlly like the Muslim community on here but I usually have to seek those users out on different relays.
