I am a white male. Like blond haired blue eyed. and regularly interview with fang companies. Although I'm often the only white guy in a sea of Indians at interviews.

Same to be honest. I do see massive discrimination against white men. Not trying to diminish it. A lot of places you have to be indian to get promoted to director level.

But generally, if you apply to every fang company twice a year and pass the coding assessments you'll at least get brought in once a year to let you know you suck.
