According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, 24 percent of casualties in the besieged Gaza Strip are young people aged 18-29.

The bureau reported that about 70 percent of the wounded in Gaza are women and children, while an estimated 10,000 people are missing and two million have been displaced.

It also noted that 620 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank during the same period, with 75 percent of these individuals under the age of 30.

As a result of the Israeli blockade of food and aid, the bureau's figures indicate that 34 Palestinians in Gaza have succumbed to malnutrition, and approximately 3,500 children are at risk of death due to food shortages.
