I've trained dozens imof off shore Indians and h1b1s. Everytime I keep thinking it's me next that will be laid off.
It never is.
I'm like a professional Indian trainer now. They haven't taken my job but they took everyone else's.
My coworkers, my managers. I'm like the only American left. And they still have me training Indians.
