I think its time to ditch the work phone. Had it for years.
Directed everyone to email. Then chat. No more calls.

i think a work phone is a good way to seperate personal and business;
however, if you don't really communicate with it, it seems alright to get rid of
Yeah, if people do need to call, I have a signal call and brave talk line they can reach out too.
I did opposite, trying to get away from death by email, wait for two calls before assigning urgency - also I do like to leave it at home when off on hols for a week and dont want contact
