The only plan I see in action is, "You have it," I'm deserving of it and should have it too. Therefore, I'm gonna get me some of yours. Variations:

-transplanted Africans, it's yours until I steal it.

-Jews, actively engaged or complicit, it's yours until I dupe you out of it. God meant it for us.

-government, it's not yours

etc, etc, etc
