Probably no.
I think the cheaper process to send money from Austria to Brazil is Wise app. Not related to bitcoin.
With Wise I pay minimum 12€ for 1000€. Fast transfer is €16 or €17. I can’t imagine that’s cheaper than Strike.
With Strike, probably you will need to receive bitcoins and then Strike will convert to BRL using some exchange of Brazil as partner. So probably will have fees. And we know that Bitcoin in Brazil is more expensive than in USA.
