Here is the #FATF scorecard ranking all countries (members as well as non-members) regarding their subordination to FATF guidelines. Yes, you read it right, second column is “Has explicitly prohibited the use of virtual assets and virtual asset service providers”. By the way most countries have already passed or enacted the #TravelRule so its implementation is to be seen very soon.
