There is borderline anime child porn in global. Much is not marked sensitive. This makes us look really bad to new users imo.

I think global feeds should be more of a hidden/advanced feature if we are going to have them at all.

Which we probably shouldn't have either, there are better ways to do discovery...

Thoughts? 🤔

It’s the thing that had me consider not staying around when I first started a few months ago.

It’s in global every day and it’s why I cannot recommend Nostr to people.

It should either be:

- Filtered at the client with detection like NSFWspy

- Relays need to start blocking MOSTR (but they will eventually be in Nostr directly)

- Global needs a warning and a reminder how Nostr is not censorable.
