Can you check the events status in the bottom-right side bar and see if the event is there and fully failed ? If you found it there you can do a retry from there or let us know if you didn't find it.

yeah exactly, you can click Details than retry. Good point of view we will add the retry outside and highlight it on the left side when the event is fully failed 🙏. Let us know if you republished it normally

UI feels hidden.
The wording of the retry button is not ‘retry’ - its something more obscure that suggested to me it is not a clickable button.
If publication fails on all relays, consider surfacing:
1) that article is not published
2) the retry button
