Yeah but what about not obviously lying to customers?

I mean they could just say it'll take around x days....

Is it a "large amount" of requests if it is constant, or is it just a normal amount and your single support agent can't handle it :D

Because lying has been normalised and is no longer seen as poor behaviour.

Reminds me of some parcel deliverers and online shops who still try to blame COVID and resulting supply chain problems for delays in delivery.
