The belief in ‘authority,’ which includes all belief in ‘government,’ is irrational and self-contradictory; it is contrary to civilization and morality, and constitutes the most dangerous, destructive superstition that has ever existed. Rather than being a force for order and justice, the belief in ‘authority’ is the arch-enemy of humanity.

Paging Julain Jaynes.....

Julian Jaynes’ theory of the bicameral mind, outlined in The Origin of Consciousness in the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind (1976), proposes that ancient humans did not possess consciousness as we understand it today. Instead, they experienced a “bicameral” mental state, where the brain’s two hemispheres communicated in a way that externalized thoughts as auditory hallucinations, often perceived as the voices of gods or authoritative figures. These “voices” guided their actions, effectively serving as a form of external authority.

Jaynes argues that this structure was adaptive in early civilizations, as it provided a framework for societal organization and decision-making without self-reflective consciousness. However, as societies grew more complex and writing emerged, this system broke down, leading to the development of introspective consciousness and the need for external authority figures (e.g., kings, laws, or religious texts) to replace the hallucinated guidance.

This theory suggests that humans’ historical reliance on gods and hierarchical structures stems from a deep psychological need for authority to provide direction, rooted in our evolutionary past. Even in modern times, this need manifests in the form of leaders, ideologies, and institutions that fulfill the role once occupied by these “voices.”

Only a victim of extreme hubris and ignorance could surmise that the collective testimony of all ancestors from all cultures is hallucinatory.

Love Jaynes! First read about the bicameral mind when I was 14yo. Recently re-read it...

Or, could it be, that God designed us with a curiosity intended to seek Him out, but instead we have filled that hole with man-made authority, seeking man to fulfill God's role in our lives? 🤔

I'm a little stitious

Atheists simply unconsciously find something even less worthy to worship.

There is no escape from the necessity to account for that which transcends the faculty of reason.

The testament of those who have first-hand experience with the divine and its prevalence in all cultures and time periods should be a major wake-up call to anyone who legitimately subscribes to the scientific method.

indeed you stupid bitch i don't believe your faggot authority because you're mistar dokter.

Carnivores need to supplement Vitamin C and you're full of shit

bye bitch !

LOL, many months without vit C. Still waiting for my scurvy...

i believe you internet rando. i believe all strangers. especially on the internet. especially when it comes to matters of my personal health. because i am dumb fuck.

no wait ... actually i don't give a fuck what you have to yap. you can straight fuck off :)

Vilhjamur Stefannsson Bellevue Hospital experiment

Stefansson ate RAW LIVER

do you ?

Doesn't matter, I'm just a random anon and that experiment already disproves the need for supplementation.

you are one dumb motherfucker aren't you ?

here is a quote from an article:

https://nobleorigins.com/blogs/articles/in-1928-vilhjalmur-stefansson-ate-nothing-but-meat-and-water-for-an-entire-year-what-happened-next-was-astonishing?srsltid=AfmBOoo1RCA-zmAyDFT1NgfvE-hjKWAxDSM_FTSQrEO3Ao6xyHxrEIYp

about the experiment:

"The men also ensured that they did not contract scurvy because they were intentional about eating the entire animal including the bones, organs, and brain."

he specifically ate liver every week to prevent Scurvy.

if Stefansson experiment proved anything is that you're a stupid bitch !

as for myself my source of Vitamin C is a gallon tub of Ascorbic Acid:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F94P7XT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

although i also enjoy some fresh tangerines. YUMM ! ! !

enjoy eating the same fucking thing every day like the slave you are.

BITCH !

Well, you're the one being trigerred and not understanding that liver is carnivore 🤷‍♂️

i eat liver you dumbass.

I hope not too much to get hypervitaminosis.

Anyway, I don't like the taste. I don't eat organs. No scurvy. But I'm a random anon. We have solid scientific arguments why it works that were presented by every carnivore educator I've seen. No need to repeat them I guess.

"carnivore educator"

hahahahaha ! ! ! i can't believe how fucking stupid you are !

you spelled " fraud / charlatan " wrong.

these people brag to me how much money they make from suckers like you.

Yeah, "suckers" that verify the claims on themselves. E.g. trying to not supplement vit. C for months and not getting scurvy.

One of the things I love most when people tell me that something I do is impossible.

it is very possible to be stupid. even as stupid as you.

i paid $35 for 8 pounds ( 3,500 grams ) of Pure Vitamin C in a gallon pail. i keep the pail in the fridge where it can last about a decade, or 3,500 days. so it costs 1 cent per day to use 1 gram of Vitamin C per day which is enough for about 12 people to meet their RDA. i give free Vitamin C to my family members and friends because i don't need 12X RDA all for myself and even after all that charity it still costs me just 1 cent per day to supplement.

but you are saving that entire one cent and you're still not dead. wow that is impressive. what are you going to do with that one cent - buy a property in Monaco ?

absolute best case scenario for you is you save 1 cent.

worst case scenario - well, it could be bad.

but that's why you're a dumb fuck because you look at that cost / benefit risk analysis and you decide to save 1 cent.

it's hard to believe anybody can be this stupid but here you are.

There's at least one dumb fuck who didn't hear about oxalic acid and which things metabolize into it.

that's a fair point. i usually just take Vitamin C when get the craving for it.

Hell yeah, The Most Dangerous Superstition is a great book!
