Teaching kids how to be bored is an art! šŸ–Œļø In our fast-paced world, the skill of enjoying nothingness can spark creativity, imagination, and self-discovery. Instead of filling every moment with screens and entertainment, we should encourage kids to embrace downtime.

I have to agree with this.

I’m scared seeing most of my friends kids begging for screens and also the content that they want to consume.

Don’t be scared as much as aware. It’s never my intention to judge others but will share what I’ve seen.

I’ve wrote about my friends and I navigating through as parents of children who grew up with the internet.

1. One friend’s daughter went to college & had mental breakdown as she never had a phone before & couldn’t cope. Homeschooled & an excellent student. I support homeschooling. 😊 She’s healthy now but it was years of hardships for her.

2. Each parent decides what is best.

3. Choosing to keep your children’s phone in a separate room ( parents room ) may be a good choice.
