That is really impressive... HOWEVER, at least at my local Steak n' Shake, if they don't resume having a staff member at the counter to take my order instead of making me order from a frustrating computer screen, I will NEVER come back!
It's a damn shame - I really liked their food, but I refuse to give in to this!!!
