The logo design process is very iterative. Perhaps it’s not a good comparison to this task which is more illustration than logo design. I’ve heard professional logo designers take a day or two to make a logo which involves many iterations in the process.

As for illustration, I’m not sure but seen artist draw something like this fairly quickly - without color or vector
