The one who's followers have the most institutionalized power

No matter how benevolent the intentions, manipulation of others under the guise of good is evil.
More atrocities have been committed in the name of Christ, by followers, that Christ , a pacifism first kind of man, himself would have dispatched by his own hand given the foresight and opportunity of time travel.
This guy because a lot of the military are involved with this and are still active today in this kind of stuff.
