Do the food savers work good for portioning and freezing meat? Is there a better brand machine? #asknostr

I have a food saver and I have no complaints about it for meat or anything else. It works really well.

I have a vacmaster. I got it when my foodsaver died. I've had it so long I assume they don't make that model anymore, 10x the life of the foodsaver. It is a pro 350 in case they do. Redid the tape on the heat strip once and that is it. Still kicking with no signs of slowing down.

It cost more, but the moment you unbox it you'll know it was for a good reason.
