Were you using self custody and hardware wallet with VPN on linux and tor with your own node and electrum server from day 1?

Gotta start somewhere, does not have to be the ethos long term, but for the jump start and exposure I think its great.

I am not a dev so I cannot throw stones.

However I don't think that making a non-custodial LN wallet with automatic in bound liquidity channel creation and seamless switching between on-chain and LN is so difficult for the devs out there, more laziness or snobbery from a technocrat perspective.

There are many different bitcoiners with different intentions.

If Bitcoin development is your career. Do better.

Bitcoin is valuable and so is time.
