You know, I used to have the same complaint, but I've finally found my preferred corner of the Internet and it's actually pretty cool.
I hardly see any of that. And the people I see saying GM are people I genuinely am happy to see, so it seems natural to say, GM back. Feels like waving to a neighbor.
It takes a little while to curate your own nostr feed.
Most will quit before they figure this out.
