Does it have all the states of order? From ordered, paid, cancelled? Manual changes of the state (when payment arrives late)?
Does it have shipping and returns support?

It's designed only to handle payments, not inventory and business logic, that would still be handled by the e-commerce software like Shopify or woocommerce
This is something dearly missed in bitcoin. When we launched trezor we had to hack everything together, there was no btc eshop and no inventory/shipping to go with it.
I wish someone would do this aa a complete product. I'd be happy to assist with feature requests or some sats.

I'll be curious how the on-chain works. Is it interacting with the on-chain wallet on your lightning node ?
Depends how your wallet service works, in this case I believe the only wallet that supports it is bitvora.com and we use cold storage 3/5 chain addresses. Hopefully more adoption soon
