It would be hilarious if he didn't know he can go ALL CAPS on keyboard and was pressing shift before each character
sometimes, it's easier.
I hope he was using his phone though, that would have been even better with both thumbs typing fast and furiously
Historically he has been using a phone and terribly outdated which was raised as a genuine hacking threat (scenario: they hack his Twitter account and start a war with North Korea). I doubt he's using computer now but who knows with him
