Fix the money fix the world is utopia and way oversold by many bitcoiners.
I'm saying this is a strawman because OBVIOUSLY nobody believes Bitcoin fixes literally every aspect of literally every problem. You're taking a (clearly) bad representation of an argument and arguing against it...
If you don't understand how soft, easy-to-manipulate money causes a whole host of issues, keep studying! You'll get there!
I think that I'm arguing against what the meme literally says, and that you are inserting your personal interpretation :)
I agree that #Bitcoin has the potential to improve upon a host of different issues caused by the fiat money-system. But how you bridge the gap between that and ""fix the world" is beyond me.
I don't think "Fix the money fix the world'" is a helpful take, and you don't have to look further than other comments in this thread to find the notion, that Bitcoin might solve most problems of this world. I actually think it's doing #Bitcoin a disservice and removing focus from what #Bitcoin hopefully will fix: money.
Almost any problem in civilization I can think of has something to do with printing excess amounts of money.
But #Bitcoin fixes a lot in humans too!
It all starts with the time preference. You should learn what it does to humans.
