here’s how i ensure great gut motility & serotonin production:

2hrs after breakfast, take 5 mins to chop some fresh ginger, seep in 80C water with a pinch of sea salt.

if you’re brave, chew some ginger up & swallow while you wait for the tea to be a drinkable temp.
