Hahaha no, I totally understand. Yes, you can definitely use it to improve certain skills. For example, even though I know very little Arabic, I used to speak it better in my dreams. But when every dream was lucid, I started to feel tired, like my brain was constantly working 24/7 and never truly resting.

How did you stop lucid dreaming as much then? Can you choose?

After I meditated a lot, I started having lucid dreams. I stopped meditating to avoid them, and now they're not as intense.
