i hate how in RedFin i can only set minimum lot size as 1/4 acre or 1/2 acre i can't set it to like 0.4 ...

maybe it should have been designed by somebody who has actually had to shop for a home in their lifetime instead of a 12 year old ...

do you have any idea how huge a gap is between 0.25 acre and 0.5 acre in terms of the market ? it's like if you were shopping for a used car and it asked if your budget is $25,000 or $50,000 ... with no granularity finer than that. you have to pick one - $25,000 or $50,000 ...

to make matters worse they have steps at 2, 3, 4 and 5 acres ... so they wasted all those steps on homes that don't exist and then had a single step cover pretty much every home on the market ...

you all need to be shot !

they also have steps at like 6,000 sq ft, 8000 sq ft etc.

so they have granularity in the low end and at the high end but not in the mid-range where i need it.

would it have killed them to have one extra step at 0.35 acre ?

it should be illegal for retards to code.
