Unless there is a dispute then we can decrypt the chat message and payment data and keep them only if there is a suspicion of scam or fraud

It is not me who needs to be precise gentlemen, it is in your own interest to be so.

Being able to decryp the payments details, among other data defined in your T&C, make possible to have user data exposure to you.

Same as Hodl Howl, you can't promote you are NoKyC IMO.

But I really appreciate your efforts to bring here more transparency regarding your business proposal.

We are able to decrypt chat and payment data *only when* a dispute is opened. Otherwise, would be tough to resolve the dispute!

So, it is fully NoKyc.

Try vexl is pure p2p and non profit based on web of trust reputation model.
