You can delete your app and your nsec.
But whatever notes your transmitted over relays will remain accessible.

I guess it's technically possible if you asked all relays to delete your notes and events and all relays honored the request. It's probably not likely this could happen though. Data would always exist until relays operators purge it. You could delete your nsec. It cannot be recovered.
Damus has a delete account option which blanks out all profile data and changes the name to nobody and profile description set to account deleted, however the notes are all still there.
Sorry, I don't understand🤔 Isn't nsec just a random number and similar to a private key? So how can it be erased? (I don't mean the data sent to the relays. I mean the action that if done, we can no longer use our nsec)
your private key aka nsec can be deleted. yes. if it's gone, there is no way to recover it.
