Attention barefoot/minimal/foot-shaped shoe enjoyooors

Please shill me your favorite barefoot/minimal footshaped sandals. I have gone through 2 Xero sandal pairs and both had straps break on me. Need something reliable.

Thank you 🫡

For closed toe I have been using Merrels for over a decade

I like the kizik slip in shoes but they aren't sandals.

That stay flexy guy on YouTube has been advertising some toe shoes that look alright.

I been thinking about getting a pair.

If you got soft ground reef shoes are good but you'll quickly tear them walking on concrete.

There was something similar to reef shoes but with with soles unfortunately the largest size was little too small for me.

Yeah peluvas I have them. I want sandals

Vivo Barefoot is a good brand. We have a few of their shoes. Haven't personally tried their sandals but may be of interest to you:

Crocs. the real Crocs!

The only non-toe shoe that I can easily stay on the balls of my feet.

They Last forever and you can get the hole-less ones if thats your thing.

I go for hikes in them 🤙

Dude, I love my Xeros. I’ve run barefoot or in minimalist shoes for 15 years. (I hate my dress shoes I have to wear for work). Which Xeros were the ones that broke? Only looking at sandals or would you do closed toe? I have the DIY sandles and they are still ok, but I don’t do more that 2-3 miles at a time.

I have peluvas and xero shoes but want sandals for the summer

Copy. Let us know what works for you, I might try as well.

And Semper Reformada!

Will be going with earthrunners 🫡

Crossing my fingers they have reliable straps. But something tells me those guys have good warranties too.

Side note, I love the peluvas, highly recommend those.

And Semper reformada ✝️

I got in trouble for running on my gym treadmill with only socks. (That’s how I run at hotels. Love it, it’s awesome). Had to bring some Xero shoes to the gym and sandals won’t work, but those Peluvas are interesting. Thanks for the rec. And I need to run outside more.

Earth runners!

Earth Runners are the only ones I've used but open to alternatives. going downhill for a long time with earth runners is not comfortable

To be fair I haven't found a Wanda that does well downhill. I know the exact issue you're talking about

I falled in love through winter with this duck shape barefoots, looking forward the same shape, but just low profile for summer.

Thinking of these now-

I just go barefoot.

I've been wanting to get some earth runners, but pannick bought another pair of chacos without thinking before a desert trip

Earth runners seem to be the move 🫡
