I like casa because it gives you the availability to upgrade your set up from 2/3 to 3/5 if your stack increases. I also think the pricing is a little more transparent and predictable (annual fee vs pricing based on usage for signing/support). Also just want to PSA- if you are using either of these services, make sure to set up a watch only wallet to verify they setup your multi sig correctly.
