If the USG, states & corporations all want to build a sizeable SBR they have to buy Bitcoin mostly from individuals.
Most of these individuals are sitting on a sizeable unrealised capital gain. This tax incentivises holding over spending & selling for fiat.
If the aim is to get as many sats for the least amount of fiat, removing CGT from Bitcoin will have a huge affect. It'll also increase the usage of Bitcoin as a currency in the US & draw in Bitcoiners (rather than scare them away like what's happened in parts of Europe).
It'll quickly make the USA, the Bitcoin (and crypto) hub of the world (sorry El Salvador).
