🛠️ PHASE 2: BONES OF THE BUNKER

📦 Faracher™ Build Log – 6x6x6 EMP Vault

Before you power anything, you build the shell.

We’re erecting a freestanding steel cube inside a shop — 6 feet on all sides. No attachment to walls. No support from the grid. Just pure containment.

🔩 STRUCTURE CHECKLIST:

✅ Steel Frame

• 1.5” galvanized square tubing or Unistrut

• Welded or bolted tight. No play. No warping.

• Mounted on rubber isolation pads

✅ Copper Mesh Bonding

• Stapled + taped to all wall surfaces

• Seams sealed with conductive copper tape

• Flanged at corners for full continuity

✅ Faraday Door

• Brush seal or copper-fingered latch

• Mesh flap overlaps + RF gasket

• Hinged + bonded to mesh layer

✅ Ground Bus Bar

• Every wall panel, server rack, and UPS connects to it

• Strap out to ground rods from Phase 1

• Star washers. Labels. Logs. No assumptions.

⚠️ DON’T MOVE FORWARD UNTIL:

☒ Continuity test passes corner-to-corner

☒ Door seal shows zero light leaks

☒ Bus bar bonded and measured < 25Ω to ground

☒ No RF leakage (run radio sweep or use scanner)

This is more than framing.

This is a containment skeleton for data, power, memory — and you.
