Why are people so fed up about affirmative action (AA), BUT use Harvard as the demonstration for lack of fairness?

Harvard’s undergraduate admitted 1,984 students for the C/O 2026 out of 61,221 candidates.

Going Ivy League is hard for anyone regardless of race.

1. High schoolers need BALLS to apply. Not everyone has the intelligence at 18 to qualify (me included).

2. If people want a better source for an AA argument, assess public universities first.

Private schools are expensive and way more rigorous than public universities.

They either want your money to survive as an institution or your knowledge to flourish during your time at their campus. The latter allows for them to say you are a product of their system - which could be the case but geniuses are bound to be genius as long as their environment doesn’t kill ‘em.
