Thing is though, that doesn’t mean an ETF is guaranteed and imminent, does it? I thought I read something saying there will now be a review?
Correct. Just that the SEC can’t really play too many games anymore with denying spot ETF’s on the arbitrary grounds they had been
So yes, they will need to review still, but legally I don’t think there’s much barring grayscale form being able to get the spot ETF, just a matter of when
