GM Nostr. What is good today?

Went to sleep feeling great and woke up with a banger headache and a calf cramp at 2am. Guessing I was dehydrated maybe.

Headache is gone but calf is really sore. Sipping on some Ethiopian Yirgacheffe while I get rolling for the day. Couple interviews today and working on some content for my website.
