Well Rico, he purposely stopped giving aid to Ukraine in order to gain "dirt" on Biden and his family while Russia was planning for larger attacks. Russia needed Ukraine to be weakened before going through with the rest of the plan. It was taking too long, but Trump gave them (RU) an opening. Russia needed a lull in the stream of weapons already being sent there. No one pays attention to how much military aid Americans offer to the world until it's blasted all over the news and in their faces.
