Suggest:
1. Do fasted zone 2 cardio first thing in the AM. Boost mitochondria and melt off fat, sparing muscle.
2. Grazing on fruit from sunrise till your OMAD meal. Keeps thyroid + hormone health, revs up caloric deficit by increasing metabolism, keeps your hair and plump skin long term. Avoid milk in coffee during this window to stay sugar fasted.
3. Big lunch on a high protein, low (saturated only) fat meal. Add a bit of starch (rice, potatoes). Have coffee w milk here if able.
4. Have salty bone broth around 3PM with extra collagen, then dry fast all the way through fasted cardio the next AM. Do some vibration plate lymph work and red light during sunset.
Youll be permanently shredded in no time.
